- Control of Service Deliverables like Response Time, Down Time, Repeat Calls, Call Pendency etc. Monitor / Control Deviations & action plan recorded with team
- Coordination of Spares availability for Warranty from ASP Stock .
- Monthly reconciliation and MSL audit from all the ASP`s.
- Regular Visit to all ASP`s and dealers.
- Appointing new ASP`s required locations and giving training to them.
- Maintain ASP`s across Region ensuring quality of service.
- Monitoring daily basis and reviewing weekly basis with all ASP and give resolution for the gap.
- Conducting regular technical training program
- Conduct regular monthly review meet with ASP.
- Moto to achieve customers in Delight level
- Joint calls along with sales team in dealers visit if required.
- Supporting sales team in mini and mega meet for practical training (Wherever required).
- Working as a Business development manager for the company to support sales.
- Focusing on more about proactive planning.
- Identified non performing ASPs and motivate in making them a performing ASP
- New products training to ASP team to enhance the product knowledge.
- To maintain a balance between Reactive& Proactive / Preventive Service (60:40)
- Enhancing ASP performance through continuous development activities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cost of Warranty - to be monitored & keep on improving
