Learning Avenues & Outcomes

  • Making outbound calls and answering inbound calls, handling entrepreneurs & students' queries and ability to provide information verbally, clearly and effectively
  • Providing information about the programs and persuading users to register for the same
  • Creating reports basis the feedback of calls and taking appropriate action

Basic skills required

  • 12 years of work experience in Customer Support.
  • High command in
    Kannada and English communication & people skills
  • Good in Internet Search
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word is required
  • Positive attitude

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
