Learning Avenues & Outcomes
- Making outbound calls and answering inbound calls, handling entrepreneurs & students' queries and ability to provide information verbally, clearly and effectively
- Providing information about the programs and persuading users to register for the same
- Creating reports basis the feedback of calls and taking appropriate action
Basic skills required
- 12 years of work experience in Customer Support.
- High command in
Kannada and English communication & people skills - Good in Internet Search
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word is required
- Positive attitude
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
