  • This role is responsible for involvement throughout the monitoring lifecycle understand requirements, create and review scripts, deploy in production and realtime maintenance. This role shall drive through providing excellent customer experience by continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description):

Implement & adapt Agile process:You will be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of automation bots/scripts with emphasis on quality assurance and tracking appropriately.

Innovative Solutions: You will also be responsible for defining and driving innovative automated solutions into our overall processes that support and enhance the current Quality Assurance processes.

Stakeholder Management:You will work closely with various Business & Technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are met as per expectation.

Flexible with target oriented environment: Work in very challenging environment - 24*7 & with high emphasis on timelines.

Self-motivated & Good team player:Self-motivated & Good team player with ability to work along with highly skilled resources.
