Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate located in Kolkata.
The Process Associate will be responsible for analyzing data, providing customer support, communicating with clients, and handling finance-related tasks.

Process associates usually work in teams, and handle customer support and account inquiries.
Dealing with Doctors & Patients Of US managing interactions, work to resolve concerns ASAP.
