Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for performing various accounting and financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, and assisting with financial reporting.

This role requires proficiency in accounting principles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with financial data accurately.


Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other financial transactions.

Process and record invoices, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and deadlines.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights for business analysis.

Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.

Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments.

Support the preparation of audit documentation and assist auditors during financial audits.

Stay updated with accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information.

Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations is a plus.

A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
