We are seeking a dedicated and passionate
Primary Phonics Teacher to join our team at our
CBSE school. As a Primary Phonics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching phonics and developing strong reading and writing skills in our primary school students.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging phonics lessons to primary school students.
  • Teach students the basic building blocks of phonics, including letter sounds, blends, and digraphs.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance students' phonics skills.
  • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement a comprehensive phonics curriculum.
  • Utilize various instructional resources, including technology, to enhance students' learning experience.
  • Monitor and manage students' behavior in the classroom to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and techniques.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Min 2 years proven
experience as a Phonics Teacher or similar role.

  • Sound knowledge of phonics teaching methods and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Patience and understanding when working with young learners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Ability to Relocate to Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.
