    Job Title: Customer Sales Specialist

    Location: Faridabad, Haryana, India

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct outbound calls to customers with the aim of converting inquiries into sales.
    2. Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively, addressing customer inquiries and providing necessary information about our products or services.
    3. Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales during phone conversations.
    4. Maintain accurate records of all calls made, ensuring that customer and employee information is updated regularly.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales or customer service roles.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
