Shop Front Desk Associate
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shop Front Desk Associate. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and transactions efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers as they enter the shop and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems.
  • Coordinate with the factory manager for dry cleaning services and ensure timely processing of customer orders.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop front desk area.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work the designated shift timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,978.85 per month
