Job Description / Responsibilities
Greet the guests and make them feel welcome.
Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with information about facilities.
Performing team leading activities in meet and greet department.
Assisting the VIP guests with all their queries in a hospitable approach.
coordination with various Agencies for carrying out required jobs for events.
To find out the issue for the successful running of events and resolve concerns.
Ensures self and team handles all Guest concerns utilizing LEADS with a sense of urgency.
Communicates feedback to the team and involve in action plans to resolve issues treats all team members fairly and with respect.
Fluent in English speaking must.
Good communication skills with pleasing personality.
