    • Manage employee relations includinghandling grievances and disciplinaryactions.
    • Develop engagement initiatives andtalent management strategies to enhance organizationaleffectiveness.
    • Implement HR policies alignedwith organizational goals and values.
    • Maintainuptodate knowledge of HR best practices industry trends andregulatorychanges.
    TalentManagement andDevelopment:
    • Assistin the development of individual development plans foremployees.
    • Provide guidance and support onperformance improvement efforts.
    • Monitorperformance metrics and provide insights to enhance overallperformance.
    EmployeeEngagement andCulture:
    • Developinitiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive workculture.
    • Organize employee events recognitionprograms and other initiatives to enhance the employeeexperience.
    • Champion initiatives to foster asupportive and inclusive workplaceculture.
    Complianceand Audit:
    • Ensurecompliance with company policies procedures and legalrequirements.
    • Participate in regular audits toidentify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions asneeded.
    Reporting:
    • Prepareand analyze audit reports 1:1 Connect reports and HR tickets/issuesaddressed reports etc.
    • Provide insights andrecommendations based on reporting data to drive continuousimprovement in HRoperations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in HR management Business Administration or related field;master s degree preferred.
    • 57 years HRexperience with 2 years in a lead role.
    • HRISexperience preferably with Keka.
    • Proven trackrecord in Employee Engagement and culturebuilding.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principlespractices and laws.
    • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and conflict resolutionskills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead HRinitiatives projects and teams effectively with a proactiveapproach.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems MS OfficeSuite and HRrelatedsoftware.
