Job Description:

Are you a passionate communicator with a knack for building lasting relationships? SwissBake invites fresh graduates and those with up to 1 year of expertise to join our Client Relationship Executive team.

As the voice of SwissBake, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Act as a liaison between SwissBake and our valued clients, including bakery chefs, purchase managers, restaurants, and business owners.

2) Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.

3) Cultivate strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

5) Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying upselling opportunities.

6) Keep abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
