Description
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products.
- Identify customer needs and provide product information and pricing details.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
- Followup with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
- Good listening and problemsolving skills.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Job Types:

Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
