Locaation- Belapur
- Working in shifts from Client Location with 24/7 Application support (Shift - Morning/General/Afternoon/Night)
- Good Communication Skills, and team bonding
- Primary job would be to take calls and helping Customer resolving queries related to CRM Application
- Monitoring issues via mails and tickets and solving them within SLA
- Extracting required reports from Application
- Task would increase as per requirement
- Prepare daily, weekly & custom reports sharing it with relevant recipients
Preferable:
Knowledge of Banking/Insurance/Capital Market process (preferred)
Preferable:
Knowledge of MS Excel/Work
- Closing first level informational alerts
- Monitoring ticketing queue
- Week offs/shift roster would be depended as per client's requirement
Job Types:

₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
