Locaation

  • Belapur
  • Working in shifts from Client Location with 24/7 Application support (Shift - Morning/General/Afternoon/Night)
  • Good Communication Skills, and team bonding
  • Primary job would be to take calls and helping Customer resolving queries related to CRM Application
  • Monitoring issues via mails and tickets and solving them within SLA
  • Extracting required reports from Application
  • Task would increase as per requirement
  • Prepare daily, weekly & custom reports sharing it with relevant recipients

Preferable:
Knowledge of Banking/Insurance/Capital Market process (preferred)


Preferable:
Knowledge of MS Excel/Work


  • Closing first level informational alerts
  • Monitoring ticketing queue
  • Week offs/shift roster would be depended as per client's requirement

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
