    Founded 25 years ago, MIOT Hospitals – Chennai is a world-class healthcare facility that provides the highest level of care. We are looking for a Medical Gastroenterologist to be a part of our growing team at MIOT.

    • Perform surgical procedures related to gastrointestinal conditions, such as hernias, gallbladder disease, colon cancer, and other digestive disorders.
    • Conduct bariatric surgeries, including gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, and other weight loss procedures.
    • Evaluate patients for surgery, including conducting medical history reviews, physical exams, and necessary diagnostic tests.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their medical history and specific health needs.
    • Provide preoperative and postoperative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes and recovery.
    • Work closely with other medical professionals, including primary care physicians, dietitians, and anesthesiologists, to coordinate patient care.
    • Stay current with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technologies in the fields of gastroenterology and bariatrics.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
    • Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and postoperative care.
    • Participate in on-call rotation to provide emergency surgical services as needed.
    • Contribute to research and educational initiatives in the department.

    Experience: Min 8 years after specialization

    Education: Mch/ DNB Specialization

    Salary: Competitive and as per the industry standards.
