What you will learn and contribute to

  • We are looking for someone with a creative, initiativetaking, collaborative, and innovationfocused mindset, driven by the excitement of making the difference for our current and future collaborators. Your role will be to accelerate the deployment and adoption of those innovative technologies.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Support regular upgrades of the system, ensure service continuity, and solve incidents in the solution.
  • Train Super Users, document (configuration workbook, detailed work instructions, etc.) and contribute to the Community of Practice.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • 25 years experience in support and configuration of a SoftwareasaService (SaaS)based HR solution and good functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ideally in Recruitment or Performance/ Talent Management
  • A technical mindset
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • You are dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, and willing to stay current with industry trends and advancements in your field.
  • Microsoft 365 suite skills as well as skills in situational analysis, research, troubleshooting and issue identification and resolution.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experience with integrations as well as Data loads, Data models, HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas
  • Have worked as technical consultant/engineer in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.
  • Experience with HR processes or a strong interest to learn about HR ecosystems would be a plus.
  • Experience in support of onpremise HR Solutions (SAP HCM)
  • Knowledge of lean and agile principles, ability to respect project delivery and milestone dates.

Soft skills:

  • Experienced and comfortable working with a globally distributed multicultural team, team player, willingness to learn and share.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Systems thinking
  • Proficient level of English. Excellent oral and written communication/ presentation skills, including with nontechnical persons.
