Job Overview

  • We are actively looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is fundamental to the strategic development and execution of sales initiatives aligned with our organizational goals. The sales coordinator will coordinate between exisiting customers passed to him/her by the sales team. The sales coordinator should good communication and high in empathy to ensure repeat business from customers/partners in business in coming again and again.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist existing customers and address inquiries.
  • Manage sales orders accurately and on time.
  • Provide data on sales done for customers mapped to sales coordinator
  • Monitor and manage inventory for their customers
  • Maintain CRM records.
  • Organize sales meetings and events.
  • Help prepare price quotes and proposals.
  • Ensure prompt followup on leads.
  • Collect and address customer feedback.
  • Work on how to grow business with exisiting customers
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data.
  • Handle sales contracts and paperwork.
  • Calculate the Salesmen Travel Expenses and Incentive

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹280,000.00 per year
