Requirements:

Workplace Options (WPO) requires Middleware Architect to help in connecting disparate systems using a middleware cloud platform.

The consultant will work as part of the development team, and continuously interact with business group members of diverse culture.


  • Demonstrate courteousness and respect to people across diverse cultures, age groups and varied business groups.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with business teams.
  • Communicate the design principles and process.
  • Transparently convey the status, challenges, architecture methods of integration projects.

Role Expectations:


  • Take complete understanding of WPO's business systems and their integration requirements.
  • Architect and design software integrations using various integration techniques and tools.
  • Evaluate and introduce software integration platforms and tools to WPO's technology systems.
  • Engineer and Manage data transfers, protocols and formats as required for the integration requirements.
  • Work with business leadership and other stakeholders to manage expectations, reach consensus on business systems integration architectures.
  • Decide and rollout nocode/lowcode/customdeveloped integrations wherever applicable.
  • Anchor and architect all B2B, Data Integrations and Enterprise Integrations required in WPO.
  • Anchor or participate in WPO's architecture and business leadership forums.

Role Requirements:


  • Exposure to Cloud integration service platforms/products is desired (Celigo, ServiceNow)
  • Exposure to Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is desired.
  • Experience with Single Signon Technologies are required (Okta, AzureAD, AuthO)
