    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Source and recruit IT professionals through various channels.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
    • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and data.
    • Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2-5 years of Experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications of candidates.
    • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
    • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
