Description:

ClockHash Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and talented graduate intern to join our fast growing team. As a graduate intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various IT projects and initiatives across different departments

• Business Development, HR, Technology Management and Operations. This position offers valuable exposure to the IT industry and a chance to develop your skills in a professional setting.

Basic Qualification:


Education:
Ideally should have pursued BTech course (back papers are all right).


Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target customers and market trends.
• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing teambuilding activities and recognition programs.
• Post, update and remove ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
• Monitor online communities, forums, social media platforms, and other channels to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for engagement.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to team projects.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to complete assigned projects and achieve specific objectives.

Skill Required:

• Recent graduate (BTech preferred, and if BTech course, a few back papers are all right) or having a year or less of experience in IT companies.
• Very basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• HTML, and some programming familiarity, is desirable.
• Good Powerpoint skills are desirable
• Excellent English language communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field, with a proactive and selfmotivated attitude.
