Data Scientist
We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our team at Beyond Key.

As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop predictive models, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources to ensure data accuracy& reliability.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data.
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for predictive & prescriptive analytics.
Collaborate with domain experts to understand business needs and formulate datadriven solutions.
Select and engineer relevant features for model development and optimization.
Train, validate, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
Interpret and communicate the results of analyses to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and improve model performance by iterating on feature selection,

model parameters, and evaluation metrics.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning,

and related technologies.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and pipelines.
Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Handson experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks

(e.g., scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).

Strong understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) to effectively

communicate insights.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Strong communication skills to present complex findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Previous experience in [specific domain/industry] is a plus.
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
