Profit Center Head - Inspection Services, Gujarat & MP Region

Experience:

12 to 18 years in Oil & Gas / Power / Manufacturing / Infrastructure/ Industrial Services.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Mechanical
Sales & Marketing courses, Preferably Marketing
Training or MBA

Job Profile:

Leading the marketing discipline for Industrial Services within the region by identifying and following up new leads in existing and new areas, making exhaustive client visits, making offers & getting orders.
Personal contribution of New Orders of Rs. 9.0 Crores in the first 3 years of work while adhering to minimum margin norms.
Contract review, negotiations, value selling, proper documentation and smooth handover of clients to execution team.
Support in Identification and recruitment of resources.
Feedback to management / Execution teams about market perception and how to improve value proposition and new services desired.
