Reporting To:
Profit Center Head - Inspection Services, Gujarat & MP Region
Experience:
12 to 18 years in Oil & Gas / Power / Manufacturing / Infrastructure/ Industrial Services.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Mechanical
- Sales & Marketing courses, Preferably Marketing
- Training or MBA
Job Profile:
- Leading the marketing discipline for Industrial Services within the region by identifying and following up new leads in existing and new areas, making exhaustive client visits, making offers & getting orders.
- Personal contribution of New Orders of Rs. 9.0 Crores in the first 3 years of work while adhering to minimum margin norms.
- Contract review, negotiations, value selling, proper documentation and smooth handover of clients to execution team.
- Support in Identification and recruitment of resources.
- Feedback to management / Execution teams about market perception and how to improve value proposition and new services desired.
