Responsibilities:

Welcome and Greet Guests: Warmly welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Check-in and Check-out: Efficiently handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Reservation Management: Manage reservations and assist guests with inquiries, ensuring accuracy in bookings.

Information Assistance: Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records.

Handling Complaints: Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy, aiming for swift resolution and guest satisfaction.

Cash Handling: Process payments, maintain cash floats, and ensure accurate accounting for transactions.

Maintain Lobby Appearance: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.


Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customerfacing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
