What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities):
- Coordinating and communicating with other departments such as sales, logistics, or technical support to ensure issue resolution.
- Checking duplicate orders and making calls to customers for order confirmation.
- NDR-Doing NDR calls to confirm RTO and reattempt with customers, submitting the data to logistics.
- Followups for delivery and maintaining RTO refunds.

Salary:
₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
