What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities):

  • Coordinating and communicating with other departments such as sales, logistics, or technical support to ensure issue resolution.
  • Checking duplicate orders and making calls to customers for order confirmation.
  • NDR-Doing NDR calls to confirm RTO and reattempt with customers, submitting the data to logistics.
  • Followups for delivery and maintaining RTO refunds.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
