Key Responsibility:
Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth. Team handling experience preferred.

Lead a team of 15+ strong sales team who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards.

Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.

Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.

Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy.

Managing Productivity & Query handling.


Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
