Export Executive - Noida, India - Inductus Limited

Position Overview:
As an Export Executive, you will be responsible for managing the export sales operations, facilitating international client interactions, ensuring smooth logistics and documentation processes, and possessing a strong understanding of procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales Orientation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's export market presence. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
2.
Verbal Communication:
Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and negotiate terms. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings. Serve as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure clear and consistent communication.
3.
Logistics and Documentation:
Coordinate the logistics of export shipments, including transportation, customs clearance, and delivery. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements. Prepare and review export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients on the status of their orders.

International Client Interaction and Lead Generation:
Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify and reach out to potential international clients. Utilize various channels and strategies to generate leads, such as market research, networking, and online platforms. Engage prospects through persuasive communication to introduce the company's products/services and identify their needs. Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and purchasing authority. Employ effective sales techniques to convert leads into business opportunities and secure new contracts. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using CRM software. Continuously evaluate and adjust sales strategies to optimize lead conversion rates and achieve sales targets.

Procurement Process Knowledge:
Have a thorough understanding of the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of goods and materials required for export orders. Evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability to optimize procurement decisions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in export sales and client management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and preferably additional languages.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management and export documentation.
- Sound knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment. Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
This role demands a dynamic individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of logistics, documentation, and international trade practices.
