Executive Assistant


Experience: 3-5 Years

Age: 24-28 Years

Position Overview:

As an Executive Assistant to the Chairman's Office, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman of an organization.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Chairman's office, and facilitating effective communication between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, and ensure effective time management.

Meeting Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events involving the Chairman. Prepare agendas, compile relevant documents, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including board members, senior executives, clients, and business partners. Act as a liaison between the Chairman and these individuals, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

Information Management:Manage and organize confidential information, documents, and files related to the Chairman's office. Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure timely retrieval of information when needed.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide summaries, reports, and presentations on various topics as required by the Chairman. Assist in gathering data, analyzing information, and preparing briefing materials.

Travel and Event Planning: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries for the Chairman and coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and business trips.

Special Projects: Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Chairman, which may involve research, analysis, and coordination with other departments or individuals.


Must Have Skills:


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professionalism, poise, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Educational Qualifications
MBA/ MABM.
