Description

To receive appointments from front office and history files to be checked

To take inventory of allocated vehicles
To explain the customer about service needs to be carry out after putting the vehicle in interactive bay
To make the estimates of repairs and inform the customer accordingly
To load the vehicle job cards in schedule board
To prepare repair order after getting confirmation from customer
To inform about the requirement of spare parts to parts dept. in advance
To get the signature of the customer on job card and inventory
To check the mode of payment i,e cash / cheque
To get the approval to under take additional repairs from customer and inform them about time of delivery
To follow up the vehicle status with concerned shop floor supervisor
To check the vehicle regarding repairs and inventory after quality check
To hand over the customer belongings to the customer at the time of inventory and if keeping with us, ensure the same return back to the customer
To adopt pleasing manners and proper procedures while dealing with the customers
Make pre invoice after check with the customer and finalize the bill
To make ensure and advise the customer about the amount of bill in advance and ensure the payment
To issue customer information report (CIR)
To customer regarding pending jobs
To attend the break down calls, arrange the vehicle and technician to get the vehicle repair
Act quickly to implement plans, organize work effectively following to ensure successful implementation.
Maintain correct and accurate records
Use customer satisfaction skills & tools in customer handling.
Maintain and effective appointment systems.
Maintain and update customer records and files.
Any other work assigned from time to time.
