    Description
    Roles andResponsibilities:A dedicated frontend expertwith strong proficiency in React SASS and design systemdevelopment. The role focuses on creating and maintaining a unifieddesign system developing responsive web interfaces and optimizinguser experiences. Familiarity with content management system (CMS)is a valued bonus.
    • Lead andcontribute to the creation and maintenance of our designsystem.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers toconvert designs into scalable and reusablecomponents.
    • Document and promote design systemguidelines best practices andstandards.
    • Develop responsive highperformanceweb interfaces using React as well as plainHTML/JS/CSS.
    • Create maintainable and scalablestyles and themes.
    • Optimize for performanceaccessibility and user experience.
    • Work closelywith backend engineers to ensure seamless integration with APIs andother systems.
    • Participate in design reviewscode reviews and collaborative brainstormingsessions.
    • Integrate frontend components intocontent management systems whennecessary.
    • Suggest best practices and workflowsfor efficient CMSfront endsynergy.

    TheExperience You Bring
    • 6 yearsexperience in development with atleast 5 years in Front endtechnologies
    • Extensive experience with modernJavaScript (ES6) and React.
    • Experience withstate management tools such as Redux and/or ContextAPI.
    • Proficiency in SASS and a deepunderstanding of CSS architectures (BEM OOCSS SMACSSetc.)
    • Experience in building maintaining orcontributing to a design system.
    • Strongunderstanding of responsive design techniques andframeworks.
    • Familiarity with modern frontendbuild pipelines and tools (Webpack Babeletc.)
    • Ensure web pages are optimized for speedaccessibility and crossbrowsercompatibility.
    • Implement best practices infrontend performance including lazy loading asynchronous operationsand resource minification.
    • Maintain codequality through regular code reviews unit testing and followingestablished best practices.
    • Stay updated withthe latest industry trends and incorporate them into projects asdeemed fit.
    • Good communication includingwritten diagrammatic and oral to unwind complexities in solutionsto technical and nontechnical personnel.
    • Stronganalytical critical thinking and problemsolvingskills.
    • Keep up with the latest trends be adisruptive thinker and have experience of driving cultural changein organizations.
    • Passionateinnovator.
