JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Person should understand Ecommerce pick up operations
• Should be able to track shipments
• Should understand Ecommerce delivery operations
• Should understand After delivery operations (POD/COD collection/COD remittance)
• Should be able to work on MIS preparation and analysis
• Should be able to reconcile charged weight of shipments and Query resolution
• Should be able to coordinate with customers & resolve their issues
• Should understand Ecommerce operations cycle
• Should have good geographical knowledge
• Should understand management of exceptions (Damages/Delay in connectivity/Delayed deliveries/nonCOD remittance)
