Role:
- To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure
- To own Customer Experience during the onboarding journey
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various workspace interior projects
- To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
- Good understanding of materials and products used in Interior Design
Experience:
- Have 710 years of hands on experience of working with interior firms, with atleast 3 years of experience in designing and delivery workplace interiors.
- Holds sales expertise in:
- Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch
- Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers
- Holds design expertise in:
- Conceptual design (layout, style, moodboards)
- Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
- Holds behavioural attributes of:
- Result oriented
- Team work
- Integrity & Ethics
- Crisp & meaningful communication
- Have Good communication presentation skills
- Should be flexible to work to meet business needs
