    Description

    Job Description :
    Provide BASIS support to existing SAP landscape. Perform daily SAP monitoring and fixing performance issues in servers.


    Support required for variety of SAP applications e.g., SOLMAN/CHARM, S/4, ECC, SCM, BW, CRM, Portal, PO, CPI, SLT and BOBJ.


    • Configure ChaRM in Solman including retrofit and CSOL.
    • ChaRM Integration with ATC.
    • SolMan integration with Service Now and JIRA.
    • SolDoc Implementation for SAP Systems.


    • Implement SolMan

    • CBTA for Test Automation for connected SAP landscape.
    • Configure transport management in SAP landscape and create the buffer and move the transport in the system.
    • Different types of Client copy and knowledge of using different roles to perform the copy in different scenarios.
    • Perform refreshes, documents presteps, execution steps and post refresh steps for successful completion of activity.
    • Apply SAP OSS notes, patches, support pack and new addons in the system.
    • Perform support pack stack upgrade, version upgrade and EHP upgrade in SAP systems.
    • Perform SAP system copy (homogeneous and heterogeneous) and the post steps to make system stable.
    • Install different products of SAP system which includes S/4, Fiori, ECC, SCM, BW, SRM, CRM, SOLMAN, PO, CPI, SLT, Portal and BOBJ.
    • Provide database support in HANA and Oracle. Knowledge of database backup, restore, performance management and space management.
    • Knowledge of new SAP technologies like Fiori, S/4, CPI. Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting the issues of these applications.
    • Work with BASIS lead in planning, resource management and timeline management in different test cycles, mock cutover, and cutovers of different projects.
    • Follow and implement SAPrelated policies and procedures such as profile parameters and new OSS notes and ensure preparation for the variety of audits that occur throughout the year.
    • Work with auditors (internal and external) to assist in conducting audits, reviewing, and submitting evidence, agreeing to remediation plans and ensure all audit issues and deficiencies are tracked and closed in a timely manner

    Experience:

    • Minimum 6 years of SAP BASIS handson experience in SAP ECC, FSCM, CRM, BW, SCM and Solution Manager
    • Minimum 4 years of SAP Solman handson experience
    • Experience with SOLMAN CHARM integration will be a plus.
    • SAP Migration/Upgrade experience
    • Experience working with a geographically dispersed SAP team members and business users
    • Experience working with collaborative webbased tools to accomplish group tasks.
    • Experience working with SAP HEC servers
    • Ability to utilize standard service desk tools for incident and request management
    • Excellent written and oral communications are essential
    • Demonstrated commitment to delivery of quality results on time
    • Excellent data analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Should have high ethical standards, excellent customer focus and strong drive for results
    • Flexibility and adaptability role include oversight over SAP BASIS consultants as well as in depth handson work and can stretch into new roles when asked
