Job responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer accounts
- Communicate and follow up with customers to identify requirements regarding their purchase and Get New Requirment Information from NPD and Quality Team, Study of customer order received.
- Checking of sales order, study the instructions mentioned in order.
- Once Order is Received, Get Confarmation Of stock Material Readiness from PPC and Store Department
- Resolve customer queries by coordinating with CFT.
- Undertake the making of quotations, RFQ'S and RFI's, maintain their records.
- To solve the difficulties faced by juniors.
- Data For Sales Invoices to be Givent to Account Department For Invoice Generation
- Plan purchase orders (including export orders), their logistics and co-ordinate with other internal departments regarding the same
- Develop and Maintain well organized and timely delivered purchase plans
- Giving intimation to Quality for preparation of test report Which are being sent with the consignment
- Develop and monitor sales performance indicators for the organization.
- Maintain accessible and organized filing system for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Educational Qualification (Min. Requirement) Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience:
(Min. Experience for the Job Profile) Exp. Req Years
Min. Skill Requirement For the Job Profile Should have working knowledge on ERP, Computer Skill, Knowledge GST, Invoicing, Planning, etc.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
