  • Level Office & Network : Perform End User Compute support, computing operations (1st level IMAC install, move, add & change) and interface with central I.T. Administrator.
  • Main Missions
    Level Office & Network :
  • Assists users to run their computing systems, especially in case of issues*
  • Carries out daily and common operations as registered in the Service Desk ticketing system
  • Support users in running their computing systems in a more efficient way buy providing 1st level training & advices

- Ensures receipt of user requests and helps to resolve incidents (1st level)

  • Ensures receipt and recording of user requests in the Service Desk ticketing system : install, move, add and change
- performs diagnosis of breakdowns and takes care of 1st level repairs

  • Transfers requests for repairs to technicians and administrators capable of answering
  • Carries out collection of needs for improvement (in particular technical)

- Ensures installation, deployment and effective operating of computing equipment (material and software) for users, in compliance with current company procedures

  • Installs user equipment and updates ( micro material, programmes)
  • Ensures followup of micro material and software stock inventory, management of updates, management of maintenance equipment stock
  • Assists and advises users permanently
