Description

We are looking for a Rental Portfolio Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our rental property portfolio to maximize profitability, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.

You will work closely with the property management team to ensure the properties are well-maintained and provide a high-quality living experience for our tenants.


Key Responsibilities:


Portfolio Management:

Manage a portfolio of rental properties, including residential and commercial properties, ensuring that they meet financial and operational objectives.


Tenant Relations:

Act as a point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high tenant satisfaction.


Lease Management:

Assist in the leasing process, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and lease renewals to minimize vacancies and optimize rental income.


Financial Analysis:

Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the rental properties, prepare budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.


Maintenance Oversight:
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working with contractors and maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and safe.


Legal Compliance:
Ensure all rental properties comply with local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.


Reporting:

Generate regular reports on the performance of the portfolio, including income, expenses, and occupancy rates, and present findings to the management team.


Market Research:
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations for portfolio optimization.


Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective services.


Document Management:
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and lease agreements for each property in the portfolio.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types:
Permanent, Part-time, Full-time, Temporary, Fresher

Part-time hours: 49 per week


Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
