Job Title:
Sales and Marketing Assistant


Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Customer Follow-Up: Proactively communicate with customers to follow up on inquiries, provide assistance, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Quotation Management: Coordinate with the sales team to generate accurate and competitive quotations for customers.
  • Timely Submission: Ensure that all quotations are prepared and submitted to customers within established timelines.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support various initiatives and campaigns.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, scheduling meetings, and organizing sales materials.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads and market trends to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or marketing coordination is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in preparing quotations and managing customer information.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team goals and objectives.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is desirable.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic work environment.
  • Professionalism: A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering highquality service to customers.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
