Job Description:

Resposiblities

  • Answering the phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the services to the parents.
  • Advises present or prospective students & Parents by answering incoming calls; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
  • Influences students to take admission or retain in the institute by following a prepared script to give institution reference information.
  • Maintain a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Requirements:


  • Good Communication skill with good command over English and Hindi.
  • Should be able to work with a team.
  • Good in telemarketing and should be customer oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) & Telephone skills.
