Description

We are a leading chain of Dental Hospitals based out of Hyderabad and are looking to hire a CRM associate to help with running it and maintaining our CRM.

The following are the responsibilities of this role but are not limited.

Monitory leads flow and follow up with new leads.
Call leads and prospective customers and book appointments.
Be the go to person for all things CRM
Work with CRM systems and tools to ensure flawless delivery for all Customer Segments at all times.
Making sure campaigns have been thoroughly tested before presented to customers.
Working closely with Central team to make sure deadlines are met.
Measure campaign performance and feedback results into the CRM.
Ensuring that Customer Journeys are flawless, all hyperlinks work and there are no errors.
Together with the Marketing team maintaining the site to ensure we highlight the most relevant events / offers for easy navigation for customers.

Pay:
₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
