Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their mass recruitment and campus hiring requirements, including volume, roles, and specific skill sets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, including universities, colleges, and technical schools, to attract toptier campus talent.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, oncampus events, workshops, and presentations to promote our clients and opportunities to students.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong focus on mass recruitment and/or campus hiring.
  • Familiarity with a variety of sourcing techniques for highvolume recruitment, including online platforms, social media, and eventbased approaches.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
