Role:
- Scrutinizing Account opening forms received from customers
- Complete KYC checking as per the grid
- Tracking of AOF for account activation
- Resolve queries raised in AOF processing and managing the rejected AOF's
- Redispatch of AOF post curing
- Monitoring account activation, with continuous follow up with RPC/CPC teams
- Complete Insta kit management for the location
- Custodians of the keys of FRFC
- Issuance of kits to be managed
- Maintaining hygiene of the location as per Audit requirement
