Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role will require a combination of sales, customer service, and technical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales
  • Demonstrate software services to potential clients and answer any technical questions they may have
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell additional services
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Use CRM software to track sales activities and maintain a detailed record of customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales role, with a focus on software services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain software services
  • Experience in the technology or software services industry is preferred

₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
