Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at KEYWAYS EXIM.

As an Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing administrative support, maintaining records, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with general clerical duties.

You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the company.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Clerical skills for organizing and maintaining records
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Fluency in English
