Role and Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing the finance activities of whole group
  • Day to Day Account Control
  • Annual Account Finalization
  • Statutory Compliance ( Direct & Indirect Taxes)
  • Direct Tax: Income Tax Indirect Tax : GST, Company Law,RERA and FEMA
  • Implementation of ERP
  • Budgetary Control
  • Costing, Budgeting & MIS
  • Corporate Governance
  • System Implementation
  • Audit
  • Maintaining Relationships with Banks & Financial Institutions
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Maintaining excellent external and internal relationships with investors, analysts, management, Consultants, teams, etc.
  • Treasury & Banking
  • Legal documentation coordination
