Description

Responsibilities
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues,suppliers and partner organisations.
Maintaining and updating customer databases;
Monitoring competitor activity.
Create product content to articulate the benefits of our products to the Customers.
Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
Reviewing sales performance
Negotiating contracts and packages
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.


Requirements:

Knowledge of CRM Softwares product marketing in a field facing role.
Bachelor's in business or marketing.
Very strong verbal / written communication skills
Willing to travel.
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
