    Bench Sales Recruiter


    Location:
    Vijayawada( Onsite only - No WFH)

    Shift timings: 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST

    Note:
    Applicants with updated LinkedIn Profile and valid Resume as an attachment will be considered.

    We are Looking for an aggressive Bench Sales Recruiters with good communication skills and 2-4 years exp. Should be well versed in the US IT Recruitment process & provide staffing needs based on the client requirements.

    • Experience in the US IT Staffing market.
    • Connect with candidates, discuss in detail about the profile, and start marketing.
    • Responsible for full cycle of Sales and recruitment.
    • Involved in marketing profiles of H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, USC.
    • Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, TN, GC, OPT and CPT) with prime vendors or Direct Client
    • Sourcing and screening potential IT requirements for candidates from effective usage of Internal as well as External Systems/Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within given time frame
    • Connect with Vendors(clients), and discuss openings, and submit the profiles through job boards like: Dice, Monster, and other job portal.

    Desired Skills:

    • Very good communication skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong hands-on knowledge in marketing H1B and H1B transfers
    • Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099, etc.
    • Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
