A Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for managing and marketing IT consultants on the bench (those who are currently without a project).
Their duties include identifying and contacting potential clients, building relationships with vendors and hiring managers, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring a good match between consultants' skills and clients' needs.
They also handle consultant onboarding and offboarding, maintain an updated database of consultants, and stay informed about market trends to optimize placement opportunities.
Effective communication, networking skills, and an understanding of IT roles are crucial for success in this role.Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher
Pay:
₹15, ₹43,152.63 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
