_Experience Designer (Including Customer/User Experience)_

_ This role reports into an Associate Design Director or Design Director who reports into the National Head of Design_

_ Responsibilities_
-
_Design brand identities for agents, including logos and brand identity work_:

_Design print collateral, books, print ads, billboard, websites, and digital ads_:

-
_Generate innovative ideas and campaigns in custom social media, print, and brand, and design.

Interpret creative briefs from the Creative Producer and/or Marketing Advisors to deliver high-quality work that meets the brief's goals_:

_Maintain the quality of design throughout all phases for a variety of project types and brand campaigns_:

_Follow direction and propose new conceptual ideas for various projects_:

_Collaborate on projects for the internal and/or external designers, illustrators, photographers, and videographers to execute high-quality content_:

_Ensure that the designs adhere to the brand guidelines_:

_Research and develop mood boards before executing your ideas_

_ Qualifications:
_

_Minimum qualifications_
-
_Relevant years of work experience in design.

(Portfolio is a must)_:

_Currently authorized to work in the United States_:

_Top graphic design skills with a focus on typography, composition, and photography_:

_Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign_:

_Proficient understanding of branding and scalable design systems_:

_Developing skills at presentations and communicating creative solutions_

_ Preferred qualifications_

_Agency or Design Studio experience_:

_Proficient in digital/product design and/or animation along with experience in Figma, After Effects, Cinema 4D, illustration and video skills._
