- The person would be leading a team and his/her day to responsibilities would include :
- Engaging with CXOs across geographies - to present Comviva and Fintech value proposition
- Oversee RFP/RFI/RFQ responses alongwith team to ensure right value proposition is articulated
- Be custodian of internal SOPs for the pre-sales process vis-a-vis bid reviews, commercial preprations, bid defence sessions
- Drive as well as guide team for successfully conducting bid-defence presentations, product demonstrations and various other activities during sales cycle
- Track order-booking and revenue quota achievement for the team. Take proactive steps to ensure the agreed AOP numbers are delivered
- Internally engage with various stakeholders across functions like product management, project engineering & delivery to navigate the sales cycle
- Guide team members at various stages of sales cycle to maximise conversions during sales cycle
- Coach and mentor team to improve sales effectiveness
- Represent the organization in various industry forums.
