Job Summary
This role involves ensuring SEBI reporting for AIFs alternate investment funds and adhering to all compliances with regards to SEBI RBI. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal due diligence reviewing offer documents contracts regulatory filings preparing fund documentation subscription agreements side letters partnership agreements portfolio monitoring and reporting.
