Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Operations:
Act as a central point of contact for all operational tasks and ensure timely and effective communication between team members, Patient, Insurance company.
Rotational Shifts:
Work in rotational shifts to cover the 24/7 operational requirements of the process. Adapt to changing schedules and ensure seamless transition during shift changes.
Task Management:
Ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operations-related activities, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all operational activities.
Requirements:
Multitasking Abilities:
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Shift Flexibility:
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the 24/7 operational requirements.
Organization and Prioritization:
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, display flexibility, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Customer Service Orientation:
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
