    Company Description

    Mumbai-based Freakins is a fashion brand that specializes in denim wear. The brand was founded in 2021 by Shaan Shah and Puneet Sehgal and has since become one of India's fastest growing denim brands. Freakins is known for its bold and comfortable designs, and aims to provide a constant variety in fashion by releasing new apparel every week. With over 35+ categories and 800+ styles, Freakins offers trendy and diverse options for women. All styles are designed and manufactured in-house, and the brand is sold through direct-to-consumer channels and marketplaces.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Design Intern at Freakins located in Mumbai. The Fashion Design Intern will be responsible for tasks such as fashion design, graphic design, fashion styling, textiles, and sewing. They will work closely with the design team to create innovative and trend-forward designs for the brand.

    Qualifications

    • Fashion Design, Graphic Design, and Fashion Styling skills
    • Experience or knowledge in textiles and sewing
    • Creativity and a strong sense of fashion
    • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in design software and tools
    • Prior experience or internship in the fashion industry is a plus
